Shipping Policy


This document outlines Tibbo's policy for shipping hardware sniffers for IO Ninja purchased online at the official website.


We ship worldwide directly from our manufacturing facility in Taipei, Taiwan using UPS, DHL, or FedEx. A particular carrier is chosen depending on the shipping charge, speed, availability of couriers, and other factors. If you prefer a particular carrier, please contact IO Ninja support after placing your order, and we will try to ship according to your preference. However, please note that the final decision on the carrier is still done by our shipping team.


When this method is selected, we collect no extra money for the shipment itself (however, please see a note on import taxes below).

We will try our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Under normal conditions, the shipping happens in a few days after receiving your order, but the exact processing time depends on availability of goods, and we provide no strict guarantees.


When this method is selected, we collect a small extra fee in exchange for a guarantee to ship your package out no later than the next business day after receiving your order.

If you priority order fails to ship as promised, we will refund the extra fee collected for priority handling. In addition to that, we also will add the same amount of credits to your account, and you can use these credits later to pay for subscriptions or capabilities.


If we are unable to prepare your order for shipment in a timely manner due to some force majeure circumstances (e.g., the lack of and the inability to quickly replenish our stock of the required components), we change the order’s status to the so-called “backorder” -- and notify you with an email about that.

What this means is that we will keep working hard to replenish our stock of missing components, and as soon as it's done, we will assemble and ship your order -- but the usual time frames do not apply anymore.

If backordering is not an option for you, please let us know as soon as you receive a backorder notification, and we will issue a full refund on your order.


All local taxes and other fees (e.g., import tax imposed by customs in the country of destination), if any, are payable by the customer.


This Shipping Policy applies only to purchases made online at our Online Store, at prices published in our Online Store, and by Customers who are not appointed as our Distributors, Partners, or Resellers. The Policy DOES NOT cover purchases arranged through our Sales personnel via email, fax, Skype, telephone, or any other means. The Policy also DOES NOT cover purchases, on which discounts were obtained after communicating with our Sales personnel. Finally, the Policy DOES NOT cover purchases by our Distributors, Partners, or Resellers.
