Of course IO Ninja has far more than I describe here; this review is only about a part of IO Ninja that I use more and excites me the best: IO Ninja is an amazing, reliable, and user-friendly tool for logging and debugging different things in multiple levels, from hardware level communications like serial to protocol level analyzing like TCP/UDP. Scripting in IO Ninja is super useful; With only a few lines, you can bring a huge amount of automation to your testing and let the script deal with actions required while the system is being tested. Literally, write a small script, let your system-under-debugging (HW or SW) run and go to bed! Ninja, by script capability, will emulate YOU overnight! This capability alone saved us lots of time not sitting behind the system in a few projects!

I only use the serial ports, so lets go: The great things: - Being able to open 2 or more floating serial terminals. That helps a lot. - Serial terminal together with ASCII+Hex view log. That's great. - Lots of customization everywhere, specially on log format. - Monitoring 2 or more serial ports at the same time. - It's definitely the best serial terminal out there!

IO Ninja is a great tool to analyze communication channels - tested in particular on RS485 half-duplex with Modbus RTU. Very helpful to identify communication problems and to see protocols working. Thanks much for your great job!
