Packet Library
Requires: | com.ioninja.packet-library |
This is a good example of a great feature suggested by our users. In the past, we received quite a few requests to make it possible to define custom sets of packets and then choosing and sending those packets with a mouse click. Well, it's here now and it's called the Packet Library!
As for the transmit history — it kind of always was there, but it was implicit and invisible and hence, not so intuitive to use. Now, there is a dedicated Packet History pane where you can conveniently inspect all recently transmitted packets. If a packet in the history pane is also a part of the packet library, you will see its name next to a star.
In either of those new panes, send any packet with a double-click, drag it into the editor to modify before sending, or hover a mouse to inspect the packet contents in a hex-view tool-tip.
