Time to transfer credits to another account

With the release and update to the new licencing model, I got a certain amount of credits on the new account that I created with the same email address that I used to purchase a company licence earlier for the previous version.

To allow other users from my company to use paid features in the new version, I created a new workgroup account and transfered all the credits to it.

However they have not arrived yet. How long can this transfer take?
Since this is a relatively new feature, there is the possibility of a bug and the credits being lost.
