With the release and update to the new licencing model, I got a certain amount of credits on the new account that I created with the same email address that I used to purchase a company licence earlier for the previous version.
To allow other users from my company to use paid features in the new version, I created a new workgroup account and transfered all the credits to it.
However they have not arrived yet. How long can this transfer take? Since this is a relatively new feature, there is the possibility of a bug and the credits being lost.
Thank you for the bug report! The glitch is fixed, and your credits have been moved to the target account according to the credit transfer journal. Please double-check if everything is correct.

i just purchased a Serial Monitor License (USD$35) but i cannot use it as I do't know exactly what I need. I would like to return this license and receive the credits back (USD35) to use on a new subscription
