Recently Purchased a Serial Tap Pro. When inserting into a Win10 Pro laptop device manager correctly sees it as "IO Ninja Serial Tap Pro". Device manager appears happy with the device.
When i open Ioninja ver 5.7.5, Drop down to "IO ninja hardware", Serial Tap Pro is not an option, only Serial Tap. If I select Serial Tap when it opens I don't have anything under the Tap: drop down.
When I go to ioninja settings, My Account I don't see serial tap pro listed. I only see com.ioninja.io.serial-tap. I am not sure if I should be seeing a serial-tap-pro Capability ID here?
Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
