This is how it should look:</p>
<p dir="auto"><img src="/forum/assets/uploads/files/1672711830292-dc0f725d-50fb-403d-bab5-8ebe18ab1176-image.png" alt="dc0f725d-50fb-403d-bab5-8ebe18ab1176-image.png" class=" img-responsive img-markdown" width="400" height="455" /></p>
<p dir="auto">The error above (most likely) means that <strong>WinUSB</strong> drivers for the Serial Tap are not installed. You probably used a <code>-CORE</code> or a portable (<code>.7z</code>) package -- those do not include drivers.</p>
<p dir="auto">To fix that, you can either install drivers separately (available in the download section) or use the <code>-FULL</code> installation package.</p>
<p dir="auto">Also, Happy New Year! <img src="http://64.23.185.212/forum/assets/plugins/nodebb-plugin-emoji/emoji/android/1f642.png?v=miq4h6da9ug" class="not-responsive emoji emoji-android emoji--slightly_smiling_face" title=":)" alt="🙂" /></p>
