This is how it should look:

The error above (most likely) means that WinUSB drivers for the Serial Tap are not installed. You probably used a -CORE or a portable (.7z) package -- those do not include drivers.

To fix that, you can either install drivers separately (available in the download section) or use the -FULL installation package.
