But I downloaded this version (https://tibbo.com/downloads/archive/ioninja/ioninja-5.3.2/ioninja-5.3.2-windows-amd64.msi) to manually installation failed.

What is the CPU architecture you are running on (I can't see it in the system info)? Also, which exact .msi package you are using? Did you try a portable .7z package?
